Speed Queen Washer making loud noise

My speed queen washer is making very loud noise at every cycle. Wondering if anyone has ever had experience with this and if so how they remedied it. A repair man looked at it and said it is normal. I'm not buying it.

Loud noise on every cycle could point to a worn drive belt or idler pulley. Some have had luck with a little grease on the pulley

Mine did that too at some point and it wasn't normal, it ended up being worn bearings and once I replaced, it ran quiet again. Could also be a bad pulley or belt, but definitely worth a more opinions

One of the most common causes for a loud banging or clunking sound is a problem with the tub's balance ring. When this ring fails, it can cause a lot of noise as the washer spins.

Another possibility is that the main bearings are failing. This would likely cause a rumbling or roaring sound that gets louder during the high speed spin cycle. You can test this by trying to move the tub by hand. If it feels loose or has a lot of play, the bearings are probably worn out.
