stacked washer/dryer install

I need to install a washer/dryer on the third floor of a rowhouse, 29 stairs. It goes in a closet 34" x 80". From simply an install perspective would you prefer to install an LG WashTower or individual stacking units? For the Washtower, would you separate the units and bring them up the stairs individually or bring the tower up in one piece? For the separate washer and dryer, I assume you would bring them up individually and assemble there, correct.

I think it's recommended and in addition to that it would be easier to move around and set it in place
