App features keep disappearing

Got a customer with a 2020 family hub refrigerator and the features in the smartthings app just vanish over time. First the grocery list integration stopped working, then the camera view became unreliable It's purely a software issue because most of the other physical stuff like temps n all but samsung support keeps saying the app version is current and everything looks fine on their end

Idk if they're deprecating features through updates rather than maintaining compatibility, customer paid extra for smart functionality that's slowly becoming a regular fridge with a screen, tsk

that refrigerator needs a software update (version 6.0 and later). use the SmartThings app instead of the old Family Hub app.
relink the device by deleting the Family Hub device from the SmartThings app and then adding it again to establish a fresh connection. then check to make sure the refrigerator's software and the SmartThings app are updated to the latest versions

I had the same issue before, try to resync the accounts and restart the fridge/app

Did you try removing the fridge from the app completely and re-adding it? That usually forces a full sync and sometimes brings the missing features back.
