I've been on a quest to find the perfect weeknight dinner that doesn't take forever to make. What's your favorite go-to meal? I love seeing what everyone else is cooking up, so feel free to share your recipes or any shortcuts you use!

Sheet pan meals are hard to beat for weeknights, just protein and vegetables all roasting together while you decompress. The cleanup alone makes it worth it and I've also found that keeping a well stocked pantry of aromatics and good olive oil can elevate even the simplest pasta or grain bowl into something that feels intentional

Stir fry is my weeknight hero because its quick, flexible, and only one pan to clean ah!. I just toss whatever veggies and protein I have on hand with a simple soy garlic sauce, beautiful stuff

I boil pasta, drain it, toss with butter and parmesan and sometimes I'll put frozen peas or canned tomatoes if I'm feeling up to it
