For anyone ordering parts right now

Wanted to throw this out there. Parts availability is still shaky for certain brands and models, especially anything with electronic components. Domestic brands like Whirlpool, GE, and Frigidaire generally have better parts stock than imports, so if you're ordering for Samsung or LG, expect possible backorders because these manufacturers aren't always upfront about actual ETA either

Yep, basically what Alan said. If you need parts for Samsung or LG, order early and don’t be surprised if it takes a few weeks. Whirlpool, GE, and Frigidaire are usually easier to get stuff for.

@Steve H. Spot on. Samsung and LG can be tricky, so I usually tell folks to check stock before even diagnosing. There's nothing worse than having the part on backorder after you’ve already taken the panel off.
