This is the weirdest issue I've ever encountered and I'm hoping someone here has seen something similar or can point me in the right direction. I've got keurig K elite smart and a nest thermostat (3rd gen), all running through a google WiFi mesh system with 3 nodes, everything is on 2.4GHz since the coffee maker doesn't support 5GHz.
Now here's the problem, my coffee maker will only maintain a WiFi connection when my nest thermostat is in off mode, meaning it's not actively heating or cooling. The second the thermostat kicks on, whether it's heating or cooling, the coffee maker drops offline, every single time. I've been testing this repeatedly over the past week and it's completely consistent. If I manually turn off the thermostat, the coffee maker reconnects within 30 seconds, but urn the thermostat back on, and the coffee maker drops within a minute.
So far I've tried moving the coffee maker to different outlets, including different circuits entirely. I've factory reset both devices multiple times, updated all the firmware, and moved the closest mesh node around to rule out signal strength issues.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
