Thermador oven issue

My wife has had this Thermador oven (model me301ws) for a while.

this morning, it's having issues with the temperature rising to broil+ temps when the oven is set to more than 250
I have replaced the top heating element and the temp sensor, but still having the issue.
The last time the digital readout showed 325, but an analogue thermometer I had in the oven showed 500+

Do you think this is a control module issue, and what do you think I should check next?

The control board could be at fault, especially if both the element and sensor are fine. Before replacing it, double-check the wiring connections and any relays.

@bitsNbobs Did you notice if the oven overshoots at all temperature settings or just above 250?
