ER T1 Frigidaire error

My Frigidaire fridge keeps showing an ER T1 error, and I'm already confused. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

The ER T1 error on your Frigidaire typically indicates a problem with the freezer temp sensor (thermistor), either it's shorted out or has become disconnected. Start by unplugging the fridge for about 10 mins to reset the control board. If the error comes back, take a look at the sensor wiring or consider replacing the sensor itself. You'll usually find it behind the rear panel of the freezer.

Communication error between the freezer thermistor and the control board definitely but you can start by unplugging the fridge, then check the thermistor connection for any loose or corroded plugs

Try unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in to see if it resets, if the error comes back, you'll probably need to test or replace the thermistor. You should be able to find the part number in your manual or by searching your model plus thermistor
