On most commercial dryers the buzzer's a small standalone component mounted behind the control panel. After you unplug the machine from the outlet you can typically access the area by removing the screws holding the top or back panel in place.
The simplest way to disable the alarm is to locate the buzzer and disconnect one of the 2 wires leading to it. For a less permanent option some people muffle the component with electrical tape to reduce its volume. A more involved solution would be to wire a small toggle switch in line with the buzzer power so you can control the sound manually.
